Redding W. Thomas - Chief Operating Officer

Redding is an accomplished operations and strategic finance executive and plays a lead role in providing NeoGen clients with financial advisory, operational restructuring, and strategic corporate renewal services. He specializes in corporate turnaround, strategic planning, business/financial modeling, new business development, corporate risk management, project management, and market opportunity assessment for new partner ventures and service line/product roll-outs.

In addition to his 20+ years of hands-on management experience, Redding has been engaged as a turnaround consultant in over a dozen successful workouts and has been instrumental in helping companies to restructure debt, improve work flow processes, reduce costs, manage cash, and enhance profitability.

His early years were spent as a senior management consultant with Arthur Andersen & Co. in the Corporate Recovery Services group based in Chicago. Prior to joining NeoGen, Redding spent two years as a senior management consultant to Sony Music Entertainment helping to implement transformational business process and supply chain initiatives. Prior, he served as COO/CFO to Global Credit Services, a provider of retail business analysis and corporate risk management services to Fortune 500 manufacturers and financial institutions.
